The place to live! It's super well done, exceptional. I love my apartment. Olga is really helpful and friendly. One small point: parking for children's cars, friends, girlfriends, or visitors is really complicated!!!

Been living in Kubik Pointe-Claire for a little over a year now and could not be happier. Great amenities, timely service & modern designs. Location is A1, as well. Will strongly be considering Solaia Condos for my next condo purchase.

Currently living in Kubik condo TMR, my partner and I love our condo. Beautiful spaces and finsihes. We save so much on heating because the building is so well insulated. Best of all we never hear our neighbours!

Excited to see an upcoming project from this team. I am currently living in their TMR Kubik project and love it. After almost 10 years of being lived in, the appliances are still working well, counters and floors are in good shape. Great noise insulation, I never hear my neighbours.
